- Secure wedding date and location
- Secure group room contract
- Place deposits with vendors
- Create custom wedding website
- Individual room billing of wedding guests
- Confirm wedding couple selections with vendors
- Submit final room list to resort
- Create group and individual itineraries
- Communicate wedding events to wedding guests
- Notify resort of travel changes and delays
