- Group room contract
- Securing wedding dates
- Placing deposits with vendors
- Individual room billing of wedding guests
- Confirm wedding couple selections with vendors
- Submit final room list to resort
- Creating group and individual itineraries
- Communicate wedding events to wedding guests
- Notify resort of travel changes and delays
